What we collect when you book

Your name, phone number, optional email and note, the services and time you choose. We use them only to confirm, change or remind you about your appointment.

Payments

The booking deposit is paid through Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by Hot Girl Nails.

Notifications

New bookings are sent to the studio's private Telegram chat so the artist can confirm them.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, message us on Instagram. We keep booking records only as long as needed to run the studio and meet legal obligations (Canada, PIPEDA).
