How do I book?
Book online at hotgirlnails.studio: choose a service and time, then pay a $20 CAD deposit. You can also DM me on Instagram @hotgirlnails_etobicoke.
Why is there a deposit?
The $20 CAD deposit holds your appointment and prevents no-shows. It's credited toward your service: if your service is $60, you pay the remaining $40 at the appointment.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, for free, if there are more than 24 hours before your appointment. Just message me on Instagram. With less than 24 hours' notice the deposit is non-refundable.
What are your hours?
Every day from 9:00 to 19:00, by appointment only.
Where are you located?
30 Shore Breeze Drive, Etobicoke, ON M8V 0J1 — in Humber Bay Shores, near Lakeshore Blvd W and Park Lawn Rd, Toronto.
How do I get in?
It's a private studio in a residential building. When you arrive, call me at (204) 952-5752 and I'll meet you downstairs.
Where can I park?
There is paid visitor parking inside the building (about $10). A cheaper option is Green P parking, about a 5-minute walk away.
What services and prices do you offer?
Manicure:
- Slavic manicure (no colour) — $30, up to 2 hours
- Gel polish manicure — $40, 2 hours
- Builder gel manicure — $60, 2 hours
- Gel X — $60, 2 hours
- Sculpted gel extensions — $80, 2 hours
Pedicure:
- Classic pedicure — $40, 90 min
- Gel polish pedicure — $55, 90 min
- Pedicure with foot care — $65, 90 min
Prices are in CAD. Simple design and removal of your previous gel are included; complex art is +$20.
Is nail art included?
Yes, simple design (French, dots, cat-eye, chrome) is included in every service. Complex hand-painted art is +$20.
Is removal of my old gel included?
Yes, removal of your previous gel is included in the price.
Gel polish, builder gel or extensions — which should I choose?
Gel polish is for colour on nails that are already strong. Builder gel strengthens your natural nails and lasts longer. Gel X and sculpted extensions add length. Not sure? Send me a photo of your nails on Instagram.
How do you clean your tools?
Metal tools are cleaned and sterilised in a dry-heat sterilizer after every client.
How do I make my gel nails last longer?
- Wear gloves for cleaning and dishes
- Use cuticle oil daily
- Don't use your nails as tools (opening cans, scratching labels)
- Never peel or pick your gel — if a nail lifts, message me
What if a nail breaks or lifts?
Please don't pull it off. Within 7 days after your appointment, small fixes are free — just message me on Instagram with a photo and we'll book a quick repair.
How do I pay the rest after the deposit?
You pay the remaining amount at your appointment, by cash or Interac e-Transfer.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! A gift certificate is a lovely present for a friend, sister or mom. DM me on Instagram and I'll arrange one for you.
How much is a refill?
There's no separate refill price — you simply book the same service again, and removal of your previous gel is included. Small fixes within 7 days of your appointment are free.
Do you do pedicures?
Yes! Classic pedicure $40 (90 min), gel polish pedicure $55 (90 min) and pedicure with foot care $65 (90 min). You can book a manicure and pedicure together in one visit.
